Every comparable product in this category, the discovery subscriptions, the response tools and every AI-native competitor we could find, publishes nothing at all. Ours is below. Annual billing, in US dollars, thirty-day trial, no implementation fee on the two lower tiers.

Founding rate. The first ten subscribing organisations pay $799 a month on Growth instead of $1,200, held for the duration of their initial term. It is a real discount against a real list price, not a price that quietly resets at renewal. The rate you sign is shown on your billing screen alongside what it renews against.
What you spend today
Two subscriptions, or one
Most teams pay for a discovery subscription to find the tender and a response tool to help write it. Neither knows the other exists. Move the sliders to see what that costs against a single Capture Workspace subscription, at published rates.
Software figures use published and reported market rates. Effort figures are your own. Set them to what you actually see.
Per year, at your numbers
Difference per year
Effort reduction is modelled at 30%, applied only to the reading, cross-referencing, re-keying and chasing that the system genuinely removes. It is an estimate for sizing a decision, not a guarantee, and it excludes the tender you did not see at all, which is usually the expensive one. Software figures: discovery subscriptions are reported at roughly $15,000–$42,000 a year for teams of this size and response tools at $20,000 upward.
Category rates
What this category charges, and what it publishes
Figures below are published rates where a rate is published, and reported buyer data where it is not. They are given so the comparison can be checked rather than taken on trust.
| Category | Typical annual cost | Published? |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery subscription: single seat | $6,000 – $13,000 | No, quote only |
| Discovery subscription: team of 3–5 | $15,000 – $29,000 | No, quote only |
| Discovery subscription: team of 5–15 | $29,000 – $42,000 | No, quote only |
| Response / proposal tooling | $20,000 upward | No, quote only |
| AI-native capture platforms | Not disclosed by any vendor found | No, quote only |
| Capture Workspace Growth | $14,400, 10 seats | Yes, above |
Third-party figures are reported buyer data compiled in July 2026, not quotations, and no vendor is named here. They will vary with seats, modules, market coverage and contract term. Iron Shield does not represent them as current for any particular buyer.
Terms
How billing works
Thirty days, with the full Growth feature set and your own tenant. No card is required to start it, and the workspace is seeded empty. It is your data from the first record.
The workspace does not delete anything. It becomes read-only until a plan is chosen, and you can export your compliance matrices, proposals and evidence at any point, including after the trial.
Annual, invoiced in advance. This is the norm in the category and it is what keeps the published price where it is. Monthly is available on Enterprise by arrangement.
List prices are in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes. Canadian dollars, euros and pounds sterling are quoted on request at the rate on the date of quotation.
Any person with an active account in your organisation, whatever their role. Read-only viewers count. External partner accounts do not. You can invite a teaming partner without buying them a seat.
The workspace tells you before it blocks anything and the overage is invoiced pro rata at the tier rate. Nothing stops working mid-tender because a seat limit was reached.
Not on Professional or Growth: you register, you are approved, you start. Enterprise includes onboarding support, which is where a professional-services element genuinely applies.
Enterprise deployments can be discussed. The application has zero runtime dependencies and builds without network access, which makes an isolated deployment materially simpler than most products of this kind. It is a commercial conversation rather than a checkbox.
Thirty days before renewal. There is no automatic multi-year escalation, and the founding rate does not expire at the end of the first year. It is held for the initial term.
You export it, and the tenant is retained for the retention period your organisation configured before it is removed. Nothing is held hostage to a renewal conversation.
Prices are indicative list prices and may change. The applicable price is the one on your order. Use of the product is subject to the Capture Workspace Disclaimer, the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
