One price, published. There is no founding rate, no launch discount and no negotiated exception. The figure above is what every organisation on that tier pays, and it is the figure your billing screen shows at renewal. A price that has to be discounted to be accepted was the wrong price to publish.

Where it goes wrong

The tender you did not see.

Nobody loses a bid because a subscription cost too much. They lose it because a notice arrived by forwarded link, an amendment landed after the response was written, or a certificate expired in the week of submission. Tick what happened on your last pursuit.

Every one of these is a record the workspace keeps by default: where a notice came from, what changed in an amendment and when, which requirement each answer maps to, what expired and when, and who approved what on the basis of which draft.

The trial

Thirty days, on your own pipeline.

Not a sandbox with sample data. Your own tenant, your own jurisdictions, the full Growth feature set, and no card. If it does not surface something you had not seen by the end of the first week, it is not going to.

01

Day one

Tell us the jurisdictions and the categories you sell into. Monitoring starts the same day, against live sources, with results de-duplicated across portals so the same notice does not arrive four times.

02

First week

Your capability profile goes in once. Every opportunity that follows is matched against it across sixteen factors, and each match tells you why it matched — so you can argue with it rather than trust it.

03

First live tender

Requirements are extracted into a compliance matrix, amendments are compared to what you already answered, and the bid or no-bid decision is recorded against the evidence it was taken on.

04

First submission

Sections assigned, evidence pulled from a library that knows what has expired, and ten authorisation gates held for a named person on your side. Nothing submits itself.

Start on the tender you are working on now.

Tell us the team size and the jurisdictions and we will come back with terms. Plans are sized by seats and by how much of the response runs inside the workspace.

How billing works

Is there a trial?

Thirty days, with the full Growth feature set and your own tenant. No card is required to start it, and the workspace is seeded empty. It is your data from the first record.

What happens when the trial ends?

The workspace does not delete anything. It becomes read-only until a plan is chosen, and you can export your compliance matrices, proposals and evidence at any point, including after the trial.

Monthly or annual?

Annual, invoiced in advance. This is the norm in the category. Monthly is available on Enterprise by arrangement.

What currency?

Terms are quoted in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes. Canadian dollars, euros and pounds sterling are quoted on request at the rate on the date of quotation.

What counts as a seat?

Any person with an active account in your organisation, whatever their role. Read-only viewers count. External partner accounts do not. You can invite a teaming partner without buying them a seat.

What if we go over the seat count?

The workspace tells you before it blocks anything and the overage is invoiced pro rata at the tier rate. Nothing stops working mid-tender because a seat limit was reached.

Is there an implementation fee?

Not on Professional or Growth: you register, you are approved, you start. Enterprise includes onboarding support, which is where a professional-services element genuinely applies.

Can we host it ourselves?

Enterprise deployments can be discussed. The application has zero runtime dependencies and builds without network access, which makes an isolated deployment materially simpler than most products of this kind. It is a commercial conversation rather than a checkbox.

What is the notice period?

Thirty days before renewal. There is no automatic multi-year escalation and no introductory rate that steps up afterwards. You renew at the published price for your tier.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You export it, and the tenant is retained for the retention period your organisation configured before it is removed. Nothing is held hostage to a renewal conversation.

Prices are indicative list prices and may change. The applicable price is the one on your order. Use of the product is subject to the Capture Workspace Disclaimer, the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
