Know where every program is going.
Defence Program Tracker: track defence programs from strategic requirement to contract delivery. Follow major allied defence programs through policy, funding, industry engagement, tender, award, delivery and expansion.
Procurement rarely begins when the tender is published.
Requirements are shaped through policy, budgets, consultations, demonstrations and industry engagement long before formal competition. Defence Program Tracker organizes those developments into structured program records, helping you understand where a program stands, what may happen next and what preparations may be required to participate.
We built it to position for our own programs. We opened it to the partners, suppliers and manufacturers we work alongside, because a prepared allied industrial base protects more people.

The complete lifecycle and accumulated history of a program, and what is likely to happen next. The Defence Program Tracker’s most important purpose is identifying opportunities before they become formal tenders, and preserving the continuity between a policy signal, a budget line, an industry day, a tender, an award and the deliveries that follow.
Defence Program Tracker compiles selected publicly available information concerning defence policies, funding, programs, procurement activity and contract milestones. Information may be incomplete, delayed, amended or withdrawn by the applicable authority. Program assessments, expected dates, opportunity indicators and readiness tools are informational and should not replace review of official procurement documents or professional legal, regulatory, export-control, security or bidding advice.
The tracker is not a procurement portal, does not accept or transmit bids, and creates no relationship between a user and a contracting authority. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, or an invitation to tender. Data is compiled from the cited official and public sources and may be superseded; records that are demonstrations rather than real government activity are visibly labelled “illustrative”.

Operational-context notes on program records are editorial observations based on publicly displayed posts and open reporting of the kind aggregated by the Lurker situational-awareness platform. They are not intelligence products or verified operational reporting, are derived from no government or classified source, and do not form part of the official program record.
