1. Data Sources & Accuracy
The data is aggregated and derived from third-party, public, open-source, and community feeds that Iron Shield Systems does not control and does not independently verify. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, interrupted, simulated, or unavailable at any time, and should be treated as illustrative rather than authoritative.
2. Not for Operational Use
The platform and its data must not be used or relied upon for navigation, flight, maritime, operational, tactical, targeting, intelligence, law-enforcement, emergency-response, safety-of-life, or any other purpose where an error, omission, or delay could contribute to injury, loss of life, property damage, or financial loss.
3. No Warranty
Iron Shield Systems makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of the platform or its data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Shield Systems disclaims all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from access to, use of, or reliance on the platform.
5. No Affiliation
The platform is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government, agency, operator, or data provider whose information may be represented, and nothing shown constitutes official, controlled, classified, or export-restricted data.

Platform 02
Procurement Platform Disclaimer
The Iron Shield Procurement Platform (the “Procurement Platform”) aggregates public defence-procurement notices, open tenders and contract awards, published by government bodies across allied nations, and reproduces them, scored for defence relevance, for general information on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This disclaimer governs all access to and use of the Procurement Platform. Nothing on this page, on the Procurement Platform, or elsewhere on this website constitutes an offer, a solicitation, an invitation to tender, or a commitment to buy, sell, supply, or broker any product, system, or service.
1. Purpose & Nature of the Platform
The Procurement Platform is an information service. It aggregates procurement notices published by government bodies and reproduces them for general information; it is not a procurement portal, does not accept or transmit bids, and does not create any relationship between a user and a contracting authority. Iron Shield Systems is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any tender, award, contract, price, availability, deadline, or outcome, and does not act as an agent, broker, or fiduciary for any user unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement. The Procurement Platform reuses public sector information under the open-data licences of the issuing authorities; the attribution required by those licences is set out in section 12 (Data Sources & Attribution) below.
2. Accuracy & Completeness
Data is reproduced as published by the issuing authority and is not independently verified. It may be delayed, incomplete, superseded, amended, or withdrawn without notice, and our relevance scoring may include or exclude notices imperfectly. Estimated values, deadlines, and classifications are those stated by the publisher. Always verify against the original notice with the issuing authority before acting.
3. No Advice
Nothing on the Procurement Platform constitutes legal, procurement, financial, or export-control advice, and no bid or business decision should be made in reliance on it alone. Eligibility to bid depends on national rules, security clearances, and export-control regimes that Iron Shield does not assess.
4. No Affiliation or Endorsement
Iron Shield Systems Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any contracting authority, government, or agency whose notices or names appear on the Procurement Platform. All agency names and marks belong to their respective owners.
5. Export Control, Sanctions & End-Use
Defence and dual-use goods are subject to export-control, defense-trade, and sanctions laws in Canada and in every relevant destination jurisdiction. The appearance of a notice on the Procurement Platform does not imply that any product may lawfully be supplied to the buyer concerned. Any prospective supply relationship is conditional on documented end-user and end-use verification, written assurances, screening against sanctions, embargo, and denied-party frameworks, and all required governmental authorizations. Users are solely responsible for their own compliance.
6. Third-Party Content & Links
Notices originate with third-party government systems that Iron Shield does not control. Links lead to external government portals whose own terms and privacy policies apply, and Iron Shield is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before acting on any notice.
7. No Controlled or Export-Restricted Data
You agree not to submit controlled, classified, or export-restricted technical data through this website or the Procurement Platform except through channels and authorizations expressly designated for that purpose.
8. No Warranty
The Procurement Platform and all content and information on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, quality, legality, availability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Shield Systems and its affiliates, partners, and personnel disclaim all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or related to access to, use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Procurement Platform.
10. Availability & Changes
The Procurement Platform is offered at Iron Shield Systems’ sole discretion and its features, data, terms, and availability may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. This disclaimer may be updated from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect material changes.
11. Acceptance & Contact
Accessing or using the Procurement Platform constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer and the site’s Terms & Conditions. For questions, contact us at info@ironshieldsystems.com.
12. Data Sources & Attribution
The Procurement Platform reuses public sector information published by the issuing authorities. Attribution is a condition of several of these open-data licences and is provided here. Coverage reflects the sources the live feed currently aggregates and may change.

Platform 03
Defence News Platform Disclaimer
The Iron Shield Defence News Platform (the “Defence News Platform”) aggregates and links to publicly-available defence-sector news and developments, programmes, contract awards, funding, and operational events, published by third-party outlets, agencies, and government bodies, and reproduces their headlines and short summaries, scored and categorized for relevance, for general information on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This disclaimer governs all access to and use of the Defence News Platform. It is an information and indexing service; it is not original journalism, and nothing on it constitutes an offer, solicitation, or commitment of any kind.
1. Purpose & Nature of the Platform
The Defence News Platform is an automated news-aggregation and indexing service. It surfaces links, headlines, and brief summaries of reports published by others and points users to the original source; it does not originate, commission, or endorse the underlying reporting, and Iron Shield Systems is not a party to it. Iron Shield is not a news agency, and the platform is not a system of record.
2. Sources, Accuracy & Completeness
Items are compiled automatically from third-party sources on a periodic cycle and are not independently verified. They may be inaccurate, out of date, delayed, incomplete, superseded, misattributed, or withdrawn, and our relevance scoring and categorization may include or exclude items imperfectly. Headlines and summaries are condensed and may not reflect the full or current content of the original report. Always read the original source, linked from each item, before relying on anything shown.
3. Analyses Are Illustrative
Any “analysis,” “what changed,” commentary, tagging, hot-zone, or scoring shown on the Defence News Platform is generated to demonstrate the platform’s capability and is illustrative pending live model integration. It is not authoritative editorial, analytical, or intelligence judgment and must not be relied upon as such.
4. No Advice
Nothing on the Defence News Platform constitutes legal, financial, investment, procurement, operational, security, or intelligence advice, and no decision should be made in reliance on it alone. It is not a substitute for primary sources, professional advisers, or official channels.
5. No Affiliation or Endorsement
The inclusion of any outlet, publisher, agency, company, country, or organization, or of any headline, logo, or name, does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or any relationship with Iron Shield Systems, in either direction. All outlet names, mastheads, and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-Party Content, Links & Intellectual Property
Headlines, summaries, article text, images, logos, and trademarks referenced on the platform are the property of their respective publishers and rights holders. Links lead to external websites that Iron Shield does not control and whose own terms and privacy policies apply; Iron Shield is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Excerpts are used in condensed form for information and indexing under applicable fair-dealing and fair-use principles. Rights holders who wish to have their material adjusted or removed may contact info@ironshieldsystems.com.
7. No Controlled or Export-Restricted Data
You agree not to submit controlled, classified, or export-restricted technical data through this website or the Defence News Platform except through channels and authorizations expressly designated for that purpose.
8. Changes
Iron Shield may change, suspend, or discontinue the Defence News Platform, or update this disclaimer, at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Platform 04
Capture Workspace Disclaimer
1. Nature of the service
Iron Shield Capture Workspace is a private, authenticated subscription software product for defence opportunity discovery, capture management, tender preparation, compliance tracking and the preparation of submission packages. It is a workflow and information-management tool. It is not a legal, export-control, security-clearance, procurement, financial or investment advisory service.
2. No eligibility determination
The workspace compares a procurement opportunity against the capability, registration, jurisdiction, capacity and evidence records that a subscriber has entered. Where a requirement appears unmet or unverified it flags a potential participation barrier. Such a flag is a prompt for human determination. The workspace does not determine, and must not be relied upon as determining, that any organization is legally eligible or ineligible to participate in any procurement. Eligibility is determined by the contracting authority under the applicable law and the terms of the solicitation.
3. No legal, export-control or security determination
The workspace does not make export-control classifications, permit determinations, sanctions determinations, security-clearance determinations or legal conclusions of any kind. Export-control and security matters must be assessed and recorded by an authorized person within the subscriber's organization, in accordance with the law of the relevant jurisdiction.
4. Automated analysis and its limits
The workspace uses automated analysis to extract requirements from documents, compare document versions, compare opportunities against a capability profile and assemble draft text from a subscriber's approved evidence. Automated output is advisory, is labelled as such, records its own confidence, and remains in draft status until reviewed by a person. Extraction from a document may be incomplete or may mis-classify a clause, particularly where the source is a scanned image, is poorly structured, or uses ambiguous obligation language. Subscribers must verify every extracted requirement against the original document before relying on it. The original documents are retained and addressable for exactly this reason.
5. No fabricated content
The workspace does not generate corporate evidence, product capabilities, certifications, test results, production capacity, customer names or contract references. Draft content is assembled only from evidence that the subscriber has entered and approved. Where no approved evidence exists, the workspace records an explicit evidence requirement rather than producing unsupported prose. Responsibility for the accuracy of every statement in a submitted tender rests entirely with the subscriber.
6. Human authorization
The workspace does not approve pricing, accept contract terms, sign certifications, make legal representations, or submit a binding tender. It prepares a submission package to a status of "Ready for Authorized Submission" and stops. An authorized person within the subscriber's organization approves, returns or rejects the package and performs the submission. The workspace does not bypass portal authentication, multi-factor authentication, CAPTCHA or portal terms of use.
7. Source information
Where the workspace ingests procurement or programme information from official sources, it records the source authority, the source location, the reference number, the publication date and the date accessed. Source information is reproduced for reference and may be incomplete, superseded or amended by the issuing authority at any time. The official notice published by the contracting authority is always authoritative. Subscribers must verify deadlines, requirements and submission instructions against the official notice before acting.
8. Demonstration data
Demonstration and trial environments contain synthetic records that are clearly marked as illustrative demonstration records. Those records, including any reference numbers, budgets, quantities and deadlines they contain, are invented for the purpose of demonstrating the workflow. They do not correspond to any real government procurement and must not be relied upon.
9. Information classification
The workspace is designed for public, company-confidential, partner-restricted and controlled or export-sensitive commercial information. It is not authorized for government-classified information. Subscribers must not upload material classified by any government unless the specific deployment environment has been formally accredited for that classification level, which the standard hosted deployment has not.
10. Subscriber responsibility
The subscriber is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information it enters, for the lawfulness of the documents it uploads, for obtaining any permission required before citing a customer or contract, for the decisions it records, and for the content of anything it submits to a contracting authority.
11. Availability, retention and no warranty
The workspace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Iron Shield Systems does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that automated analysis will be complete or error-free, or that any pursuit managed through the workspace will result in an award. Data retention is governed by the subscriber's configured retention period and the applicable subscription terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Shield Systems is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the workspace, including any missed deadline, non-compliant submission, unsuccessful bid, participation decision, disclosure to a partner, or export-control or security consequence. The limitations and governing law set out in the Terms & Conditions apply to this service.
13. Acceptance
Use of Iron Shield Capture Workspace constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer, the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the applicable subscription agreement.
