By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Shield Systems and its affiliates and personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the benefit of any mandatory, non-waivable consumer-protection rights available under the laws of the consumer's place of residence.

12. General

We may revise these Terms at any time; changes are effective when reflected by the "last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable platform disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and Iron Shield regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
