Capture Workspace opens to allied defense suppliers

Iron Shield Systems has opened Capture Workspace, a private authenticated layer above the company's four public platforms that manages a defense pursuit from the moment a notice appears to the moment an authorized person signs it off.

Most teams run two products that never speak to each other: one subscription that finds the tender, another that helps write the response. Capture Workspace holds both in one place. Detection, de-duplication, capability matching across sixteen factors, requirement extraction, amendment comparison and compliance sweeps run without anyone asking: roughly ninety percent of the labor. None of the decisions. Ten authorization gates, among them bid/no-bid, pricing, export control, security declaration, certification and final submission, are held for a named person inside the customer's own organization, and there is no configuration that lets the system decide them.

Everything the workspace drafts begins as a draft and is labeled by its basis (sourced fact, company-entered, estimate, assessment, assumption or unknown), so an editor can see which sentences are load-bearing before anything is submitted. Tenants are isolated, roles and permissions are named rather than implied, and hosting is Canadian by default.

Three plans, Professional, Growth and Enterprise, are sized by team and by how much of the response a team runs inside the workspace. Pricing is on request, billed annually with a thirty-day trial, and access is by request. Capture Workspace is a commercial product, not a government system. Users remain responsible for reviewing the complete official solicitation, confirming eligibility, and meeting the requirements of each jurisdiction in which they bid.
