The increasing use of one-way attack drones and small FPV aircraft has created an urgent requirement for defensive systems capable of responding quickly and economically. Conventional air-defense systems remain essential, but using expensive missiles against large numbers of comparatively inexpensive drones creates an unsustainable cost imbalance.
The INT-series is being developed to provide a dedicated counter-UAS response. Led by the INT-3 AI Pixel-Lock interceptor, the family is intended to detect, pursue and stop hostile unmanned aircraft before they reach personnel, civilian areas, military positions or critical infrastructure.
The INT-3 concept combines external sensor cueing, onboard computer-vision detection and an autonomous terminal-intercept capability. Radar, radio-frequency and electro-optical information can provide an initial track. The interceptor then uses onboard vision to acquire and maintain the target during the closing phase.
The INT-3 is designed around a closing speed of up to 330 kilometers per hour and a mission profile focused on rapid interception rather than extended flight. Qualified human authority is retained over engagement decisions.
The INT-5 is a separate high-speed FPV interceptor configuration intended for fast pursuit and target tracking. The INT-9 remains in development and testing as a future swarm-capable system intended to address multi-aircraft raids.
The INT-3 and INT-5 remain development-stage products. Published performance figures represent current specifications and engineering objectives and remain subject to testing, validation and configuration changes.
