Iron Shield Systems Inc. is a North American defense-technology company building the autonomous systems allied forces need to deter and defend against modern threats.

We were founded on a simple conviction: the autonomous systems that matter most are the ones shaped by how modern conflicts are fought. Iron Shield brings frontline-proven engineering teams together under one company, uniting interceptor, FPV overwatch, uncrewed ground and route-proving programs, its own and those proven with its Ukrainian technology partners, and is building North American manufacturing, Canada first and then the United States, to bring them to allied forces at scale.

Iron Shield Systems Inc. is an Ontario corporation headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area. The company develops proprietary systems, including the INT-3 and INT-5 interceptors and the SPEXTER route-proving vehicle, and works with Ukrainian technology companies on partner-developed systems proposed for North American licensed production. Iron Shield is developing a common command-and-integration architecture intended to connect selected Iron Shield and partner platforms, implemented progressively and subject to validation and approvals.
